Jim Sanner is the founder and owner of Sanner & Associates. Prior to starting Sanner & Associates, he operated skilled nursing facilities from 1974 through 1988 and has served in various multi-facility operational roles ever since.

During his 32 years in the profession he has seen many positive changes in the industry that have resulted in the ability to provide a higher level of care with improved quality. While Jim embraces change he realizes that the need for qualified and motivated Executives never changes. With that in mind he decided to start a firm that would partner with candidates and clients to place the right executive with the right organization.

Sanner & Associates was created to assist executives in their search for careers in the Health Care Profession and to save Health Care Companies the time and expense of an exhausting search for talent.
